ABOUT ANIMAS INTELLIGENCE

A business should be able to use what its founder knows.

I built Animas Intelligence for founders whose judgment shapes the company every day. Our private engagement turns that knowledge into five defined outputs in a focused, one-time build.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

Ashley Blackmore
Founder, Animas Intelligence

I know what it feels like to be the person everyone asks.

I founded Blackmore Group Realty in 2021 and lead a team serving clients in Colorado and New Mexico. In real estate, a handoff can affect a client's trust, a negotiation, or an important deadline. People need more than a script. They need to understand our standards, the context behind a decision, and when a situation should come back to me.

As an owner, I have seen how much of a business can live in conversations, corrections, examples, and the founder's head. You answer a question once, then again for the next person. You review a message because it is technically accurate but misses the tone. You make an exception because you know the history behind a client relationship. The work gets done, but the reasoning rarely makes it into a place the team can use next time.

That is the problem Animas Intelligence was created to address. My perspective comes from operating a service business, leading people, and being accountable for the quality of what leaves the company. I know the difference between a document that looks complete and guidance someone can use when the situation is not obvious. We work with founders to capture that judgment, test it against real work, and give the team a clear way to use and maintain it.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN REAL LIFE

Capturing the reason behind the answer.

Consider a recurring seller update in my brokerage. The task is easy to describe: report activity and next steps. The judgment behind a useful update is harder. What deserves attention? When does the market evidence call for a pricing conversation? What should be escalated immediately, and how should we explain a difficult recommendation without losing trust?

FROM A REPEATED QUESTION TO A USABLE STANDARD

A useful company system captures the decision criteria, examples, boundaries, and person accountable for reviewing the work. A teammate can then prepare a stronger first pass and recognize when the situation needs a leader's judgment.

That is the level of practical detail we look for in a founder's business. The subject matter will be different; the need to preserve the thinking is the same.

THE WORK AND THE OUTCOME

More clarity for the team. More capacity for the founder.

We begin with the decisions, communication, and handoffs that repeatedly draw on a few people's memory. The Animas Brand Brain organizes the knowledge behind them, then connects it to the workflows and people who need it.

01 / FIND

Fewer searches for the right answer

Give people a dependable place to find current standards, examples, customer context, and decision guidance.

02 / DECIDE

Fewer routine decisions sent upward

Make the usual criteria and escalation boundaries clear so leaders can reserve their attention for exceptions that matter.

03 / TRANSFER

Less knowledge lost in a handoff

Help a new hire or leader understand how the company works without rebuilding that understanding from scattered conversations.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT TIME GIVEN BACK

We do not promise a universal number of hours saved. At the start of an engagement, we identify the recurring questions, revisions, and approvals consuming leadership time. After the system is in use, those same activities can be reviewed with the team: what is resolved without the founder, what still needs escalation, and where the guidance needs to improve. Time returned should be observable in the way work actually moves.

HOW WE WORK

Personal judgment, made useful across the company.

The system belongs to the business. We build it with the people who hold the knowledge and the people expected to use it.

01

Listen before structuring

We examine how decisions are really made and where the written process differs from daily work.

02

Test it in real situations

Guidance should help someone handle a question, prepare a handoff, or recognize an exception, not just look complete on paper.

03

Keep a human accountable

People approve important decisions and own updates as the company changes. Technology helps them retrieve and apply the right context.

THE PRIVATE ENGAGEMENT

Focused enough to finish. Personal enough to matter.

I want founders to know what they are buying and when the work ends. The $19,000 one-time engagement includes an approved Founder Intelligence Profile, ten decision cards, one AI activation, three workflow playbooks, and a team handoff with ownership and backup.

We accept a limited number of engagements based on capacity. The target is delivery within 30 days after onboarding, subject to the scope and timely client approvals. The client owns the system and its updates after handoff; an ongoing consulting retainer is not required.
