Capture the thinking
We interview the people who hold the context and review the materials that already exist. We identify voice, judgment, recurring decisions, standards, and common exceptions.
THE ANIMAS SYSTEM
The Animas Brand Brain methodology remains the foundation. The Private Engagement applies it to a defined set of decisions and workflows, then transfers a usable system to your company.
HOW IT WORKS
We interview the people who hold the context and review the materials that already exist. We identify voice, judgment, recurring decisions, standards, and common exceptions.
We organize the knowledge into a private, navigable system with clear ownership and practical rules for updating it. Useful material gets a place; stale or conflicting material gets resolved.
We turn the source of truth into onboarding resources, repeatable workflows, prompts, and training so teams can find answers and act with greater consistency.
THE METHOD
Core, Position, Voice, Customer, Offer, Content, and Intelligence organize the knowledge behind the founder's choices. We use these lenses to create one approved Founder Intelligence Profile, rather than seven separate projects.
Capture, structure, and activate describe the work. Governance makes it durable: one client approver validates the critical judgments, and the handoff identifies who maintains the system after delivery.
Review the five outputsA CLEAR BOUNDARY
The intake covers up to 20 questions, one 90-minute founder interview, and up to 10 selected source files. One designated client approver keeps decisions moving. We build ten decision cards, three workflow playbooks, and activate one supported environment, followed by one team session and a company-owned handoff.
The 30-day target begins after onboarding and depends on the agreed scope, access to materials, and timely client approvals. The engagement ends at handoff; ongoing consulting is not required.
THE PRIVATE ENGAGEMENT
Apply for a focused, one-time engagement. We review fit and capacity before any work begins.
