Choose the critical knowledge
Up to 20 intake questions, one 90-minute founder interview, and up to 10 selected files. One client approver confirms the source and the three use cases.
Translate judgment into tools
We draft the profile, ten decision cards, three playbooks, and one activation package. The approver resolves exceptions and signs off on the content before use.
Put the system in your hands
We test selected real tasks, hold one team activation session, and transfer the ownership guide plus export and backup package.
THE INVESTMENT

One-time proposed engagement. No required ongoing consulting retainer.
We accept a limited number of engagements based on capacity so the work stays close to the founder and the people who will use it. Application is a request to discuss fit, not a purchase or a guaranteed opening.
The 30-day target begins after onboarding is complete. Timing depends on the agreed scope, access to selected materials, and timely approvals. Additional company-wide documentation, extra environments, and ongoing management are outside this fixed engagement.
